Shipping policy

We ship to Australian customers only. Most orders over $99 are covered by free shipping but if for some reason this is not possible we will contact you. 

Unless any unforeseen circumstances arise we will ship your products as soon as possible, normally this would be the next business day. We generally send items with Australia Post but reserve the right to send with any carrier we nominate. Items marked for express post and can fit in a maximum 5kg satchel will be sent in an airbag satchel, any larger than this will need to be express parcel post.
Express items are normally received with in 3 business days and standard road freight can take 7 to 14 days depending on delivery location, if you have not received your item in 14 days please contact us immediately. In some instances we may send you item direct from our suppliers warehouse in your state to speed up the delivery of your item.
For large bulky items e.g. Tool kits and Tool boxes we may need to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery option which may incur further costs. If you need any further information please contact us sales@toolxpress.com.au
